I’ve made an appointment, what happens to my deposit during closure?
Your deposit will be applied to your account for when we reopen.
I have a current booking and I would like to reschedule after Covid Closure?
We will not be scheduling or rescheduling any appointments until we have a clearer indication on when we will be allowed to reopen. We will be in contact with all clients once we have a better idea on when we are allowed to welcome everybody in for appointments again.
When will you reopen post covid closure?
We do not have a clear indication on when we will be allowed to reopen, however as soon as we have a better idea on when we will be allowed to reopen we will be in contact with all clients to reschedule all existing bookings.
I have a review for my tattooing appointment booked in during lockdown - Will it be okay to assess my brows after the 6 weeks?
Yes, we will honour your review appointment if it was scheduled during lockdown. We will be in contact once we have a clearer indication on when we will be allowed to reopen.
Is there a waitlist and will I get priority as I have an existing booking?
Yes we have a waitlist in place and all guests with existing bookings will be contacted via Text to reschedule their appointment.
Will anyone be at the salon during covid closure?
Unfortunately we will not have any team members available in our Prahran salon whilst the closure is in place. However, our Head Quarters team will be manning the phones and emails remotely whilst we are closed.
Is there a way to keep my brows looking fresh during lockdown?
Yes absolutely! We have put together at-home tint kits that are easy to use and can be posted out to you. You can purchase a tint kit via www.alisonjade.com.au
