How to softly sculpt your face and define you features

How to softly sculpt your face and define you features...

Subtle. Seamless. Sculpted — but never obvious.

We’ve officially moved on from the era of heavy contour lines and muddy bronzer maps. The modern sculpt is softer and barely there.

A fresh, featherlight approach to facial definition - sculpting that looks entirely effortless.

Begin with Concealer

It all starts with the Alison Jade Concealer Palette — six ultra-creamy, blendable shades designed for brightening, correcting, and creating dimension.

Pro Tip: Use a lighter shade from the palette to brighten under the eyes, centre of the forehead, chin, and bridge of the nose — this naturally lifts the face before any contour even comes in.

Then, take a slightly deeper shade (not too dark — remember, we’re sculpting, not sketching) and softly define the hollows of the cheeks and outer perimeter of the forehead. Blend it like it’s skincare — seamless and invisible.

Sculpt with Intention - No harsh lines

The Contour Palette is where the magic really happens. With its buttery powders in versatile tones, you can create subtle shadow and sun-kissed warmth in one sweep.

How to Use It:

  • Use the cooler-toned shades to mimic natural shadow — under cheekbones, jawline, temples.

  • Sweep the warmer tones over high points of the face where the sun would naturally hit — this gives shape and warmth without piling on bronzer.

Pro Tip: Use a soft, fluffy angled brush to diffuse colour and avoid harsh edges. Blend upwards, never down — we’re lifting, always.

Subtly Highlight

Add a whisper of glow — with the Alison Jade Illuminating Creme. Tap the cream or powder version (pending your skin type) onto the tops of the cheekbones, brow bone, and cupid’s bow. Think soft, barely there shimmer, not strobe lights.

Want to keep it pro? Layer a cream highlight underneath and set with a powder one. Layering the two help it to last longer.
